We do everything possible to ensure all our customers obtain a professional service. If for any reason you feel the service you have received is not satisfactory, you should contact us to obtain a copy of our complaint handling leaflet. This leaflet will explain how to make a formal complaint, and outline our procedures for handling your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
